KRT Sound Lab – Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the KRT Sound Lab website or booking any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Services

KRT Sound Lab provides recording studio facilities, engineering, and related audio services. All bookings are subject to availability and these terms.

 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance and require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due before or at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are as listed on the website or quoted to you and may change without notice for future bookings.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a full or partial refund of the deposit at our discretion.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or late arrivals forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full session fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid.

 

4. Studio Use and Conduct

  • You must arrive on time and vacate the studio at the end of the booked period.

  • You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party.

  • You must not damage equipment, premises, or property. You will be liable for the full cost of any damage or loss caused by you or your party.

  • Illegal activity, harassment, or behaviour that interferes with other clients or staff is prohibited. We may terminate a session immediately without refund if these rules are broken.

 

5. Recordings and Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the rights to the recordings produced during your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • KRT Sound Lab retains the right to use anonymised or promotional excerpts (with your consent where required) for marketing purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licences, clearances, or permissions for material recorded or used in the session.

 

6. Liability

  • KRT Sound Lab is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the studio, equipment, or services, except where required by law.

  • We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files once they have been delivered to you.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session.

 

7. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.

  • You may not copy, scrape, or misuse any part of the website without our written permission.

 

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
